|Recommended: YesOakridge Is Clean, Affordable And Has A Great Community. — Oakridge has nice amenities and the staff are helpful when you have a question. The only downside is you can hear right into your roommates through the wall.

|Recommended: NoLoud, But Otherwise Good — It is soo loud. Everything is loud and that is mega stressful. I can always hear my neighbors upstairs even just walking - their footsteps are so loud on the hard floor . Also, my bedroom is next to the heater ac unit I don't know what it's called and it is so loud, especially when the heater goes on - the fan is obnoxious. Like didn't sleep well for the first month I lived here because I couldn't find any peace and quiet.
Also... The machines in the gym don't work super well... awkward
Okay that's the complaining, here's what I like I love how much space there is in every single room - I never feel cramped I use handicapped parking, so I always have a parking spot, and it seems like even for regular spots there is always somewhere to park. The laundry room is fantastic, and having a wash card has been such a blessing. Staff is good about sending out reminders to pay rent and any other announcements, which is much appreciated.
No idea if I will live here again, but if I do, I can almost guarantee it will only be because of good friends that I've made who are also staying.
Hey Elizabeth! thank you so much for taking the time and leaving a few and your thoughts. i am so sorry that everything is so loud in your apartment i'm not sure what i can do to help with that but i could put a work order in so they can check on those items for you. We are planning on renovating our gym and office and i've seen the blueprints for those and i'm super excited. it's just taking awhile for us to get approved. Please let us know if we can do anything better to improve your stay here at Oakridge.

|Recommended: YesBest Place I'll Lived In Logan So Far — I really like Oakridge apartments My building location is nice, the community staff is great. However the parking isn't the best. If you live in one of the buildings in a circle around the parking lot, ex 9-17ish there is not nearly enough surrounding parking for the amount of people living in these apartments. You can always park, but you might have to walk a little bit, and at night it becomes a slight issue. Besides that I love Oakridge

|Recommended: NoYou Get What You Pay For — I would say it's dirty and gross. Upon moving in, it seemed as though my apartment was as if it wasn't even checked after the tenants moved out. There was trash on the ground, mail from previous renters kitchen supplies in the kitchen, dust on the shelves tables, and food left on the carpets. However, it is a welcoming community.

i am sorry that oakridge has not been what you expected. every single staff member walks thru each apartment on move out day then we send cleaners. the tricky part about our community is that we have residents who move from one apartment to the other. we try our best once those ones move out and to check their apartment. our staff would have gladly helped you upon move in if it was not what you expected. Please feel free to come to the office with any issues or concerns and we will always try to help in the best way we can.

|Recommended: YesClose To Campus, Great People, Fun Living — I like living here because I like the private rooms and sharing a bathroom with only one other person. The bus is not bad to ride and picks Oakridge up first so you can always get on. The staff are very friendly and will provide solutions timely.

|Recommended: YesIt Ain’t Bad — Needs more sound proofing but nice enough for the cost
