submitted by Emily T. - |Recommended: YesBetter Than The Rest — It’s the best priced apartments for all you get. Right next to campus, with its own bus stop for the campus shuttle, pool and hot tub, private rooms a must in my opinion .

There are very few places around campus that are as organized and fun as Oakridge, and none that match the price for the value. Fast maintenance, great staff for the most part other than the lady who does clean checks, and just a fantastic environment. The bus stop is an express straight to campus. The parking situation is my only compaint. Obviously Oakridge gave out more parking passes than they have parking spots, but if you wait long enough you can vulture a parking spot within a few minutes as other people leave. Overall, Oakridge is the greatest deal you will find here for students here in Logan. They fill up by Mid-January though, so get on it

Maintenance has always been prompt and efficient about fixing anything in the apartment. Parking at other apartments is usually a nightmare I have never NOT found a parking spot here, although sometimes I do have to park on the other side of the lot keeping in mind that sometimes I would return home after midnight . The apartments themselves are generally well taken care of aside from small knicks and dings - typical wear and tare. I also love that the TV has a Roku set up on it. It's a super convenient way to set up all of mine and my roommates' streaming services, such as Netflix and Hulu. I was locked out once after hours, and the staff was really kind about helping me get back into my apartment. Overall, this place is great, and I highly recommend it. Two issues I have had with this place though 1 Some of the appliances seem old and don't work well, specifically our oven and our dishwasher and 2 The company seems to nickel and dime you. I have paid a lot of small fees while initially getting set up here that have added up to quite a bit of money. It's not horrible, but it's something to be aware of as a potential tenant. In my opinion, this place is worth the extra money spent, but it could be hard for some to swing those extra fees.

I has a nice, social community. And it includes so many benefits like free utilities, laundry, etc. There a few things that are a little hard like management and some of the processes of switching, selling, and buying contracts is a little complicated. But overall its good

submitted by Tara P. - |Recommended: YesThe Property Is Fairy Taken Care Of — The living conditions are pretty good The private bedroom is nice, and the free laundry and close bus stop are a great bonus. The only complaints I would have is the outside lights are very bright and it's hard to fall asleep at night. And the air conditioner heater is VERY loud. The faculty are all super nice though, and I have enjoyed living here.

submitted by Thomas C. - |Recommended: YesOld Building But Great Community. — The buildings are old, but it's a great place. My biggest complaint is the walls are thin and you can hear everything. The perks are great though. the prices are resonable, the pool is nice, and lately the club house has been kept up very nicely. There's a pool table and a popcorn machine. There is a pojector but it's confusing to use. They should have an instruction sheet.. But I love it and plan on staying here for a long time. I would recommend this place to most people.
