|Recommended: YesA Fine Place To Live — Oakridge is a good place to live as a student. Not too expensive, fairly nice and close to campus. Nothing super special, but overall it's good. Parking isn't the worst but could be better. Hot tub seems to always need maintenance. Good people, social atmosphere.
|Recommended: YesWell Fitting Experience — Its a good environment, close to many of the necessities and social enough to be fun but not overbearingly so
|Recommended: YesThe Best Community — The most fun people live here and there is always something fun going on. Best parking, good apartments, what more can you ask for.
|Recommended: NoProperty Isn’t Great But The Community Is — Apartments are poorly insulated you can hear everything your neighbors are doing as well as not keeping the heat in. Maintenance will say things are fixed but never actually fix them. Apartments are extremely outdated and need to be fixed
|Recommended: YesClean And Spacious Enough. — It is nice to have a single room, and even the small room has enough space for storage. The only downside is the wall thickness, every single noise is heard from outside the rooms, even whispered conversations. The apartments are a nice place to live despite the sound issues.
|Recommended: YesDecent — Its alright parking kind of sucks on my side of the building.
|Recommended: YesReally Good — I would recommend it
|Recommended: YesI Have Loved Living At Oakridge. It Has Been A Great Place And I Would Recommend To Anyone At Usu. — Oakridge has been a great place to live. I love how clean the grounds are, how nice the staff is and how living here is just easy. Rent is easy to pay, maintenance happens in a timely matter and the apartments are very comfortable.
|Recommended: YesExcellent — I love living here, the only thing that bothers me is how infrequently the pool is available.
|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — Oakridge is a great place to live with a good social atmosphere, nice apartments and great service.
|Recommended: YesSolid Housing — For the price, it’s a good deal.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — I love that I can wake up and get to the bus stop and to campus in 20 minuets or less. I have not heard any sounds from my neighbors. This has come to be my home the past couple of weeks and I can see it being my home for the remainder of my time during college. There is also a nice social aspect to the Community you might not know everyone but you can sure talk to everyone and they are always willing to help.
|Recommended: YesI Love It Here — I love it here so much No bad complaints.
|Recommended: YesI Love Living Here And Having My Own Room — I love living here and having so much space for only four people.
|Recommended: NoLess Than Optimal This Time — So far this year it has been disappointing. The renovated apartment came with more problems than we left it with, and no matter how much communication we create with the staff nothing seems to get done. We are a month into our rent and we havent had working air conditioning for a single day, and the office was notified on move in day and several times after. the fan works, but we have not had cold air except for the air we let in through the windows at night. no one will take responsibility or help us fix the problem. If we knew how to we would just do it ourselves. We also have a tub drain that isnt working properly, a kitchen counter that isnt attached all the way, overly loose electical outlets, the floors turned our socks black from the first day and our bathroom fan is squealing like a pig. most of it is managable, but not having cold air in the only month we really need it is just unacceptable, especially with the number of times we have communicated our issue. It is hypocritical to give us an apartment so dirty and broken and expect it ready for a white glove at the end of the semester.
