Oakridge has a million fines they threaten you with so be careful not to get those, its a little ridiculous how many things you can get fined for actually. Really the reason people stay here is the social aspect. Apartments are good but not incredible. And honestly the apartments that are not renovated yet are better in my opinion, and cheaper. The renovated ones have whit kitchens which is obviously a problem, and hard floors even in the bedroom which isnt great. But oakridge is a nice place to live

They are nice apartments and the people who work here are extremely nice I did have a little bit of an issue with getting them to call me back when I signed up for this contract. However, they always did get back to me and was very knowledgeable and able to fix anything and answer questions.
