submitted by Tristen P. - |Recommended: YesThe Biggest Bargain In Saint George — Compared to where I stay last semester, I would say this is a major upgrade. It’s much larger than my previous apartment for about half the price. I had to share a room last year with a stranger, but I have my own here and it’s about the same size as the room I shared. Some parking issues, but getting a reserved spot is something I should have thought of earlier.

I recommend buying a parking pass for the year because there is a limited amount of uncovered spots, especially if you want to park close-by. The clubhouse is fun and the management is super nice

submitted by Hannah P. - |Recommended: NoAlright For Student Housing — There are charges that are not specified up front, such as the White Glove Cleaning. The website is also very deceiving about how big the apartments are. There is not enough fridge space or cupboard space for 6 people.

Sometimes space can be tricky with 6 people in an apartment, which is why we provide two fridges. Let us know if you have any suggestions on how we can improve that!
