|Recommended: YesNice Place Pretty Big Apartment For 6 People — It’s close to the school, affordable and apartment don’t feel overwhelmed having 6 people. The only bad thing you are not guaranteed a parking spot in front of your apartment

|Recommended: YesThe Rooms Are Big, And The Atmosphere Is Amazing — The rooms are bigger than most, the property is great looking. The only issue is the mattresses they kind of are really bad.

|Recommended: YesA Bang For Your Buck — This is so affordable for a private room. It’s nothing special but certainly not trashy by any means. I enjoy living off campus but it is nice that I’m only 5 minutes away I am glad I chose this place to live especially because it is so affordable.

|Recommended: YesGreat For Your Money's Worth — There are definitely some things that could use improvement. For example when I moved in, the state of the apartment was not nearly what I had signed for on contract, but maintenance quickly resolved the majority of complaints I had within the first 2 weeks. It is the cheapest place in St. George for student housing with just as many amenities and the location is really centered to the heart of the shopping district in Washington and the DSU campus in St. George.

|Recommended: YesIt's Okay — The mobile website is difficult to use. Text wrapping makes it look like it says the office is open on Sunday, and once I called to figure out how large mail packages work and no one's ever gotten back to me still. The price sounds good, but you also have five other people in the apartment, so it's a trade off. That's not necessarily the establishment's fault the housing market sucks so much for a town that's so desperately trying to be a college town. Also the fact that this review prompt came up as a medium level alert but also requires that I authorize Red Rock Ridge to post this review at their discretion is kind of shitty. I realize no one would want to post a negative review like this, but it's the principle of the matter.
